Twenty-two-year-old Anvi’s dream of landing a job at a prestigious Delhi company is crushed by her overprotective parents, who refuse to let her move far from home. Too tender-hearted to hurt her family, she hides her grief and gives up her dream silently. Her sister-in-law, her closest confidante, comforts her, yet Anvi begs her not to interfere. Just as she settles into a dull routine, her father brings up an arranged marriage proposal. Surprisingly, the groom’s family lives in Delhi, and her father claims she can pursue her career there after marriage. Caught between family expectations and her own longing, Anvi agrees to meet the family to keep her parents happy. Though her brother worries she will sacrifice herself again, Anvi makes a sincere promise to follow her own heart. Now, she waits nervously for the upcoming meeting, with uncertain fate ahead.
